Online Course Registration
Payment Information
We accept credit cards, form SF-182, money orders and checks (payable
to Business & Community Empowerment Institute). Payment
and Registration
form must be received by the Registration Deadeline
for the course.
Confirmation
We will confirm your registration in writing either by mail, fax, or E-mail,
within 24 hours of receiving your registration form and payment.
Tuition Information
Our tuition prices include course materials.
Course Information
Our training courses are Web-based and are accessed from your computer.
All online training courses will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. EST
and end at 4:30 p.m. EST. The couse may end later based on the
discretion of the instructor and/or requests from the class participants.
A web link to the course will be sent to you via electronic
mail. We will send you at least two (2) additional reminders by
electronic mail prior to the day of the course.
On the day of the course instruction, you may join the online course
at 8:00 a.m. EST to test all connections from your computer. In
the event that your computer is not able to properly connect to the course
by 8:50 a.m. EST, you may request to be switched to another training date
or cancel your enrollment and request a refund.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Please let us know in writing if for any reason you are unable to attend
the course on the training date you are registered. You may request to
be switched to another training date or cancel your enrollment and request
a refund. The written statement must be received by us via electronic
mail, fax or postal service at least 14 days prior to the training date.
Inclement Weather Policy
In case training courses are canceled due to bad weather, we will enroll
you for another training date or you may request a refund. We will contact
you by phone or E-mail to notify you of any cancellations due to bad weather.
